Top: Old, via Ebay (similar) | Shorts: Primark (2 pack £4) | Sandals: Deichman (£10.99)
We’ve had a lovely few days weather-wise recently and I just love dressing Lizzy in adorable little shorts and tops – I took these photos on a walk around our village this morning. This pretty pink top was an eBay bargain which I got last year, I think I spent about £8 on a bundle of summer tops which are good as new! You can’t see the shorts very clearly but they have a cute butterfly print on them which matches plainer tops. They came as a 2-pack with a plain pink pair and I think they are fantastic value everyday shorts. These sandals have already been worn a lot over the last couple of months and are great as they have adjustable velcro straps and they are nice and sturdy but also comfortable.
Thank you for visiting and hope you all have a lovely weekend! XO

Aren’t these the cutest pair of denim shorts you’ve ever seen? Well, I think so! They are quite a new purchase so they might still be in the shops at the moment. These are quite big on Lizzy but they do have adjustable buttons on the sides (the best idea!) which means she should be able to wear them next year too. The pink colour block top and the cardigan are eBay wins from last year – the top was part of a really good bundle of five tops which cost around £8 for the lot! The straps on the top are too long so I tied little knots at the top, but it’s still quite long and covers most of the shorts which is a bit of a shame – it’s probably better worn with leggings.
Lizzy’s dad was singing ‘Head, shoulders knees and toes’ with her while I took these photos, she really wasn’t going to cooperate otherwise!
OK, this is the other way to keep her still for a minute or two! This little girl is a pro.
Thanks for visiting and I hope you enjoyed this post 🙂 xo

Hi everyone! Lizzy wasn’t in a very smiley mood for these pictures, but this was a simple outfit Lizzy wore to playgroup this week. The cardigan is old and still fits her even though it’s age 9-12 months, do you find most cardigans to run big too? This is a a good thing though as they last longer! I adore the blue floral design and the cute scalloped crochet detail along the buttons. The jeggings are so versatile and they were only £2.50! I think these sandals match the outfit perfectly. The look was completed with a pair of blue hair clips.
Thanks for reading and I hope you all have a gorgeous Bank holiday weekend! We’re heading into London tomorrow to meet up with my brother and sister, then on Sunday we have an 80th birthday party to attend! XO
